6am Yoga:      Taught by Steph Wiley

NEW December Stress Relief:      Taught by Kristin Fiore

This noon hour class is designed to provide an oasis from the colder, shorter days of December and the busy schedules that surround the holidays. Join Kristin to wind down the week- pause, explore the breath ,and unravel tension through a combination of slow fluid movements and restorative yoga. Deeper Practices:      Taught by Cynthia Hoss

This dynamic practice takes you inward with meditative awareness as we awaken to the present through the use of pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), bhandas (harnessing energy), mantra (sound), and asana (postures). Each class culminates with meditation or yoga nidra (deep rest). Deeper Practices utilizes a monthly focus to help you build skills and attune to the wisdom of your body, mind, and spirit.   • Nov - Dhyana (meditation) - a state of being keenly aware without a specific focus

Energizing Hatha Yoga:      Taught by Kara Aubin

Gentle Yoga:      Taught by Christine Peckels 

In this supportive and fun class you are encouraged to be gentle with your body!  Gentle Yoga offers an opportunity to explore your current status and then move beyond that to discover new depths within yourself.  Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and chairs are used to modify postures and support you in this gentle paced class.  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

Healthy Core & Back      Taught by Cynthia Hoss

This class focuses on activating and strengthening core muscles for ease of movement and a healthy spine. Flowing postures, short sequences, and targeted holds will be explored for strength and stability of the lower back and pelvis, with a secondary focus on the shoulders and hips. Suggestions will be offered to accommodate limited range of motion due to injury, surgery, overuse, aging issues, etc.  As we discover the key elements to moving from our core, we cultivate ease in body and mind both on and off the mat - join us to experience these therapeutic benefits firsthand.  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

This class focuses on recruiting core muscles for balance, agility, stability, and endurance. Gentle, rhythmic movement of the muscles and joints helps relieve stiffness, encourage circulation, and stimulate lymphatic flow to restore energy and focus to the body and mind. Heated Vinyasa:      Taught by Jeremy Blair

Heated Weekend Detox:      Taught by Jaime Gram and Suzi Batdorff

Indulged a little too much over the weekend?  Feeling sluggish, dull or heavy?  Join in this heated, detoxifying Sunday yoga flow to renew energy, improve strength and flexibility, and prepare for the week ahead.  Work with a variety of poses to wring out toxins, aid digestion, and increase blood flow.  Break a sweat and have some fun as we detox and purify!  See Class Schedule Here

HIIT Yoga Fusion:      Taught by Mia Leibold

Get fit and have fun in this class that combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga. Join personal trainer Mia Leibold to start your Saturday with an assortment of exercises and yoga flows designed to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. The first part of class includes heart pumping movement set to lively music; the last part of class slows down and turns inward for deep yin yoga stretches to cool the body and calm the mind. Leave feeling uplifted and ready for the rest of your weekend! You can drop in to this class using regular studio pricing, or commit to class from Nov 3 - Dec 22 and receive all 8 classes for only $80. Monday FlowMotion      Taught by Elli Baartman

This new class combines elements of yang and yin into an all-levels rhythmic flow set to the pace of your own breath. Students will experience a mix of guided and free-flowing movement and meditation, allowing each individual to craft a personalized practice. Warriors Path: Warrior of the Light      Taught by Kara Aubin  

Practice helps us develop the tools to walk on the peaceful path of the yogi warrior; a path that requires our fierce compassion, determination, and commitment to right action. Using Paulo Coelho's Warrior of the Light we'll weave the techniques of yoga into a practice that nourishes, fortifies, and challenges you as training for life off the mat. Yin-To-Yang Yoga      Taught by Indira Kate Kalmbach

Whether you are tired and in need of rest or feeling sluggish and wanting movement, this class delivers. Join Indira for a harmonious yoga sequence geared toward bringing you into balance. Following the traditional way of yin yoga, class will begin with passive yin shapes that target connective tissue and myofascia, then we will transition into strengthening yang poses before ending with a guided relaxation. The graceful arc of this class - beginning and ending slowly, with a mindful active portion in the middle - is intended to guide you to a place of focused awareness that leads to inner harmony and peace. Morning Yin & Meditation      Taught by Cynthia Hoss

Enjoy a slow, mindful start to your day with this yin yoga practice that targets the deeper connective tissue - tendons, fascia, and ligaments - to improve overall flexibility. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props and Cynthia's gentle guidance. Evening Yin & Meditation      Taught by Cynthia Hoss 

Wind down your Thursday with this yin practice of deep stretching, noticing from within, and quiet meditation. Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissue - tendons, fascia, and ligaments - to improve overall flexibility. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props and the gentle guidance of Cynthia. Yoga for Men:      Taught by Kyle Thompson

Yoga for Men is an open level class taught from a man's point of view and designed to introduce men to the benefits of yoga.  Explore physical poses for balance and core strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you cope with the daily stresses and demands of your life.  The physical practice aims to open areas of the body that men find most challenging- it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes!  Bring your sense of humor!  Beginners welcome.  See Class Schedule Here

Yoga for Working Stiffs:      Taught by Erin Tonda and Suzi Batdorff

Restorative Unwindings      Taught by Aubrey Butts

Feeling tired as you approach the mid-week hump? Treat yourself to this calming, restorative Wednesday night offering to unwind tension with breathing practices, slow deliberate movements, relaxing postures supported by props, and an extended savasana for deep rest. A short seated meditation will round out the evening - head home feeling supported by your community and centered for the remainder of the week. Sunday Reboot      Taught by Pat Plasko

Plug in and restart as we prep body and mind for the week ahead. This class utilizes both active and relaxing postures, as well as movement within postures, to cultivate balance, fluidity, and strength. In the spirit of self-study, all are encouraged to explore and adapt the practice to suit individual needs - come to your own place of reflective movement and inner stillness. Yoga for Emotional Balance:      Taught by Kyle Thompson (subbed by Indira Kate Kalmbach through November)

Begin to feel better with yoga!  Drawing from traditional yogic teachings and modern psychological research, this class is designed to help you feel your best. Beginning Yoga Fundamentals      Taught by Suzi Batdorff

Perfect for those who want to start at the beginning and explore the fundamentals of yoga!  Beginning Fundamentals introduces you to basic yoga poses and proper alignment, yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being and good health.  Join experienced teacher Suzi and enjoy improved flexibility and balance while learning to practice yoga safely and effectively in this fun beginning yoga class!  $108 for 8 week session, Mondays 5:45-7:00pm.  Sign up now to reserve your spot as this class fills quickly and is limited to 15 students.

NEW  Beginning Yoga & Ayurveda      Taught by Kara Aubin   

Yoga & Ayurveda are often described as sister sciences. When practiced together, these two symbiotic modalities bring physical, energetic, and mental balance to your daily life and help you feel better! 

Beginning Yoga & Ayurveda Part 1 introduces the practice of Yoga asana through the lens of Ayurveda. You'll build strength and flexibility, learn safe alignment and different categories of yoga postures, and begin to experience the stress-reducing and mind-quieting contemplative practices of yoga and meditation.

Beginning Yoga & Ayurveda Part 2 introduces the practices of Ayurveda that create daily wellness; cultivate more physical, energetic, and mental resiliency; and support your yoga practice. You'll be introduced to the 5 Element System of Ayurveda, learn how your birth constitution informs your health, and utilize yoga to have more energy, stay healthier, and feel more yourself!

Prenatal Yoga:      Taught by Johanna Potter

Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to support your body, mind, and well-being during pregnancy.  Work with postures to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and ease into the changes that are taking place.  Learn breathing techniques and relaxation, empowering yourself with useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood!  Join in this safe and supportive weekly yoga practice to help alleviate some of the common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy.  This 6 week semester class brings together pregnant women of all ages and stages; please consult your physician or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if you have any questions or concerns.  $80 for 6 week session, Thursdays 5:15-6:30pm (or) Thursdays 6:45-8pm. NEW MamaCore:      Taught by Dr. Kate Antoniotti

This class blends the wisdom of Yoga with the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (functional rehab) specific to the needs of postpartum mamas. We will move slowly, breathe deeply, and connect to our bodies with a focus on diastasis healing, core strengthening, and pelvic floor re-integration. MamaCore is both a class and a movement: we recognize that women's healthcare is often lacking the guidance and support mothers need in order to understand the unique changes of their postpartum body. Dr. Kate's class combines the movements to build strength and balance with the community to build connection and support as we navigate the motherhood transition.  $80 for 6 week session, Thursdays from 7:15-8:30pm.
